Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may take slightly longer — in that case, we’ll keep you informed.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Domestic shipping: 5–10 business days

  • International shipping: 10–20 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location, customs delays, or carrier issues beyond our control.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes imposed by your country. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are the customer’s responsibility.
